The National Animal Rights Association is a newly formed, voluntary, animal rights group based in Dublin. We have many ongoing campaigns, and are constantly out spreading awareness through our protests, demonstrations and information tables. Whether it's a fur shop, a circus or a pharmaceutical company that funds vivisection - anywhere we find to be violating the rights of animals - we will be there. Will you?
We'll be having a Pub Quiz on Thursday 24th July, to raise some much needed funds for the group.
We've booked 10 tables (4 people per table), so please bring a few friends. We have some great prizes to give away - including a meal for two (with dessert and wine!) voucher, kindly donated by Cornucopia!

INFORMATION TABLE & FOIE GRAS PROTEST Sat. 26th July
Hi,
As Saturday 26th is the last Saturday of the month, we'll be doing an animal rights information table, from 12noon - 3pm, on Westmoreland Street (College Green, Dublin 2 - at the railings beside the Bank of Ireland).
We'll also be returning to the Pearl Brasserie restaurant that evening, to have an anti-foie gras demonstration:

WHERE: The Pearl Brasserie (20 Merrion Street Upper, Dublin 2)
We need as many people as possible to attend the foie gras protest, so even if you can't make it to help out at the information table, please try and come to that.
'Ban Fur Farming in Ireland' Protest at Department of Agriculture
On Tuesday 25th of March, we had demonstration outside the Department of Agriculture to ban fur farming.
We handed in the petitions we've collected over the past few months, which had over 5000 signatures on them - a clear indication that the citizens of Ireland want this barbaric industry stopped immediately!

Protest against China's Cat and Dog fur trade!
Below is a selection of photos, which were taken at a demonstration we had outside the Chinese Embassy on Wednesday 13th of February.
This was part of a Global Day of Action to highlight the cruelty of China's cat and dog fur trade. 14 activists were present, and tirelessly protested for over 2 hours.
Leaflets were handed out, petitions were filled, and a lot of noise was made!
